About Us

Since 1999, Peak Systems Group, Inc. has designed and installed audio, video and control systems for a broad range of facilities. We take into consideration each client’s unique system usage and facility attributes and design a system using the most appropriate and reliable products while adhering to budgetary guidelines. We pride ourselves on quality installation, training and ongoing customer service. We work with architects, engineers, builders and end user clients to seamlessly integrate the system design and acoustical elements into the facility.

Andrew Herschleb
Project Coordinator/Technician
Andrew has enjoyed learning and assisting with sound in the theater environment since 2014.  When not working at Peak, he is a sound engineer for a local band and Assistant Technical Director for a theater. He takes great pride in the high level of craftsmanship and quality he is a part of each and every day.

Jason Keagy
System Design/Operations
Jason received his music degree from the University of Nebraska and worked as a freelance musician and in arts management. Later, moving to Wisconsin, he served many years as a music director for a local church. He and his wife enjoy their small homestead in the driftless region of southwest Wisconsin where they relish small-town living. Since 2003, Jason has worked to ensure the needs of our clients are met with excellence and provide the opportunity for our team to grow and learn together, while maintaining the values that make good companies great.

Mike Mundth
Project Manager
With Peak since it's foundation in 1999, Mike serves as the on site source for information regarding current system installations and upgrades. In addition, he can assist you in scheduling upcoming projects and will coordinate your installation with the general contractor and electrician when necessary.

Mark Weber
Lead Technician
Since 2008, Mark has been on the frontline with our installation team. He provides quality workmanship implementing our system designs and works to ensure our clients have everything they need to be successful after installation.

Nelson Lugo
Service Manager
Nelson is an experienced AV professional, bilingual problem solver, and a technical service pro. From cables to communication, he's got it all wired! Nelson joined Peak in 2024 and helps manage our service team while staying active on new installs.

Paul Metz
Lead Technician
Paul has been working in the live sound industry since 2006 working with local and national artists as well as touring, recording, and performing nationally in his own musical endeavors. He's been a part of the Peak crew since 2017 assisting in new construction projects as well as upgrading older systems into the modern age.

Isaac Mittlesteadt
Design Engineer
Born and raised around pro AV, Isaac grew up touring around with his parents' band as the youngest roadie. Shortly after high school, Isaac came to work for Peak as an install tech. Currently, he contributes in audio system designs, and manages our touring logistical and production division.

Chris Mittlesteadt
Founder/Owner
Chris started Peak Systems in 1999 and has seen the fruits of starting a company built on the foundation of quality designs, knowledgeable staff and creating business relationships with integrity. Although not involved in the day-to-day operations, Chris continues to be active with product development and other special projects on other sides of the industry.
